Quote, Summary, Source Analysis, and Citation #2

"Aortic stenosis in a person younger than 20 years of age is usually congenital in origin. If it appears during middle age, it is most often the result of rheumatic heart disease. Aortic stenosis in elderly persons may be the result of degeneration of the valve with age. Most patients are male."

                                  - Encyclopedia Britannica

This quote is provided by a website called Britannica. This quote is based on the age groups Aortic Stenosis affects. The most common causes of Aortic Stenosis is being born with it, as a result of rheumatic heart disease, and congesting it with old age. Age doesn't limit this disease, but it is believed that males mostly attract it.

I think Britannica does an excellent job of displaying needed information about Aortic Stenosis. They provide and explanation of what it is, other links that are related to it, pictures/videos, and the contributors to the article. It is very informal and unbiased. I like how they provide other links about Aortic Stenosis. Britannica is a very reliable source.
